Want to improve your health but don't know where to start? Are you intimidated by the gym or just need someone in your corner? We got you. Jesus has you! The goal of the group is to provide emotional and spiritual connections, support, and encouragement. The group will reinforce that taking care of ourselves is a fundamental cornerstone in taking care of and serving others. This will improve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. The group will explore topics such as Self-Compassion, Goal Setting, Eating Habits, Working Out Tips and Tricks, Self Care, and the Power of Letting Go.
